Kill Bill-2

Watched this movie tonight... Previously I read some articles about it, some said that it is very sentimental, wet and much worse than the first part.
But the second part is great, I liked it a lot. I think it much better than the first part!
So, I just curious what do you think about Part 2? :winkwink:

Good call Kiddo :thumbsup

maxdaname 06-20-2004 03:46 PM

It was good, the ending was great, but too short!:2 cents:

Nydahl 06-20-2004 03:47 PM

for me it was a kind of dissapointment. The first part runs fucking fast and easily - was fun but this reminds me some US action heros shit from 80'
Anyway I am a big fan of Q.T. so I think none of his movies will ever beat Reservoire dogs (not sure about spelling)

Kimmykim 06-20-2004 03:48 PM

Part 1 sucked, imo. Part 2 is a totally different, and good movie.

Face (o_0) 06-20-2004 03:48 PM

both of them are pretty good

I think that in the first part there was too much irony, the second is more sensitive, tragic and deep in its sense, it shows the power of hatred and revenge. That`s why the second part seems much better to me:winkwink:

You can't expect too much from Quinton Tarrentino. His movies are normally whacked and appeal to a certain audience. I love him, but more so I love Uma Thurman.

Both :thumbsup

I loved volume 2. They're both great.

ImLost 06-20-2004 07:31 PM

havent seen 2, but kill bill ruled!

KidCock 06-20-2004 07:35 PM

They are the same movie, story....only split into parts due to time length :winkwink:

Thus I enjoyed both parts equally....as if I was watching one movie.

EviLGuY 06-21-2004 01:45 AM

I thought both parts were great, but for different reasons.

I like how its this great sword fighting movie to start and then it turns all into guns and kungfu in the second half.

He really covered all the bases. :thumbsup

I had flashbacks on watching old Jackie Chan kungfu movies when that whitehaired old freak came on. :1orglaugh
