What's the best drama movie you ever saw?

For me it would be the Lolita movie from 1997. Week after I saw the movie i still couldnt forget that angel girl that played there.

HeebyJeeby 06-20-2004 02:42 PM

I would have to say 'The Power of One'.

i saw this one as a school project, it was a cool movie. they did some brain therapy on this character played by nickolson, it was scary man.

Mr-No 06-20-2004 03:53 PM

Lorenzo's Oil
A River Runs Through It
Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain (The Fabulous Destiny of Amelie Poulain)

I really can't make decision (of course if we can post mixed genre movies then list will be different with Once Upon a Time in America, Goodfellas...).

peace

One that not many people saw, but left an impression on me, was 'Hearts In Atlantis'.
(Stephen King story staring Anthony Hopkins)

Hoffa and The Empty Mirror are both hard hitting heavy dramas of notable merit but lets not forget Return to Gilligans Island .
