Link exchange question (for Google)
 

If I put a link to a site of PR4 to another site, and I get a backlink from another PR4 site, do I get any benefit from this, or it's just let's say 1-1 or even? Does the backlink count more than a link on your site to another URL?

Backlinks are mostly going to be more benefitial for you than outbounds.
Forget about this 1-1 ; even shit as the is bs

focus on getting quality backlinks and youre fine

for non ref spamming post i have ever seen you make ;)

I personally think indirect link trades are best.

Example:

My site A links to your site B

Your site C links to my site D
