The economy of several towns would go in the shitter in the Slocan area if the market dissapeared it is so important a crop.

Anyone see the Fox news coverage of BC pot last week? They said we are a menace to the US...

Actually, truth is... it's not so much industry here in Vancouver... it's just that the places where it is huge is unknown to the rest of the world... smaller communities.

Kelowna and the rest of the interior is the hot bed. I have friends that have 5+ houses devoted entirely to growing the stuff.

It's crazy there. The amount of money going in and out of those small towns is insane.

That's all I seem to be finding lately here in Seattle area. I miss the University of Washington (UW) stuff that was around for a while.

Out on nanimo, and up north on the Island it is full too....
