been riding for 23 years, one broken leg aint that bad

oh yeah the afterhours dont work, I got hit right at midnight
and the fuckin road was still so hot it was burning my back thru my jacket

dress for the crash, not the ride

good helmet and a Joe Rocket riding jacket saved me from alot worse injuries last summer

old helmet has a deep cut in the front , its unusable but the jacket is still ok
got a new carbon fiber helmet

the color is nice
im still undecided about the bike itself

I've never been a harley fan. I can afford one no problem but I dont see the point in it. As long as you're enjoying what you're riding that all that matters.

funny how I picked it up. I went to the Honda shop looking for a trailer for my 2 quads. This blue VTX and a black one were sitting next to each other, they caught my eye so i checked them out. Sat on it, it felt just right. Everyone I've talked to that owns one of these just loves them. So i asked the girl, how much? She says $9300... so i say ok I'll take it. Wrote the check and told them where to deliver it. and there it sits. never did get the damn quad trailer.

It will give me something to do till this winter, I plan on ordering a Venom from Big Bear Choppers and building it myself. In the meantime I'll just have fun on this :winkwink:
