last month i woke up and threw my smokes away. sucked on lolipops, chewed gum , mints, etc. then after 22 hours, i lit up. DUMBEST mistake I made!!!!

then 2 close family members ended up in the hospital within a week, then ANOTHER one in the following week. now im back up to a pack a day.

however, i'm smoking ultra lights now to try to cut down the nicotene intake and the desire. hoping to quit soon. :helpme

About 30 a day, did quit for a month and started again after almost hitting another car at 145mph...dumb reason, but that's the way it went, still trying to get hold of this fucker...my shoulder did hurt for almost a week.

I quit last year. I got sick and the medicine I took was so toxic that I didnt feel like smoking.
I haven't smoked since. I gained weight, but dont have any desire to smoke.

It seems that I only really smoke when I'm drinking. Beer and cigs seem to go hand in hand.
