Only to see Elizabeth Berkley's naked body...other than that one of the worst movies in the history of cinema...sure you can call it camp now..but it was not intended to be campy.

It's such a terrible movie but I love it -- I have watched it hundreds of times. There's a guy who writes for the Stranger (in Seattle) who does a whole critique/presentation, pointing out the genius of Showgirls. He presents it at the Showbox in Seattle once a year or something.

Didn't someone here say there's a special edition DVD coming out soon or something?

The look on her face at the end of that scene is absolutely priceless. The whole movie was a laugh, seems like every 5 minutes she threw another tantrum. :1orglaugh
