Ive got a russian domain hotlinking some images from a site of mine.

You do I stop it and maybe preferably send the surfers to pop up hell?

Welcome to the club...Russia and Japan seem to just love my shit. For some reason I got listed on some major Japanese website (couldn't read the damn thing but looked like a news site) and my bandwidth went through the friggen roof! Course, stupid me didn't notice it until a few days later.

send all the russian traffic using geo::ip with mod_rewrite to either a dialer or a sponsor site.
