Is there any website out there which lists all the new sites most of the big sponsors launch?

I'm looking to promote relatively new sites and want to know if anyone publishes a list or tracks the upcoming & new site launches of the major sponsors.

i haven't heard about any list but usually you get emailed by the sponsors on a new site's release.
