Mardi Gras 2001
 

Anyone make it to Mardi Gras this year in New Orleans. We made the trip out there and it was crazy. I've got a question about the pictures I took though... Are you allowed to post pictures taken in public on your website? I figure its 'public domain' so its alright... but if anyone knows for sure let me know. thanks

i am curious about this as well, i see the Girls Gone Wild commercials aprox. every ten minutes during Howard Stern's shows and i always ask that question. i have even seen girls i recognize as having adult sites or being adult models in the commercials.

don't they need to have ID for these chicks? model release? eh?

i was there too...it was blast.....
i got like 200 or so pics also....i believe aslong as you attempt to hide their faces you should be alright...but if someone complains.....but i do remember an incident way back about them upskirt pictures people was taking got some people in trouble...i am not clear about the law though
