so they still think that old insane bin liner is hiding someone in the mountains on the 'pakisatan' border so we should drop some propaganda type flyers all over the mountain range saying that within 10 days a nuke is going to be dropped

anyone that doesnt move out of the mountain range fries

they would have had forewarning and if bin liner doesnt try crossing the border or leaving the mountains he dies

I agree with your plan however, I don't think a nuke will destroy deep bunkers inside a mountain. It will shake the shit out of it but not destroy it.
