D_Nell from www.nakedxchange.com did some excellent work on banners I needed for my sites.

On 3 occassions he unquestioningly did redesigns on things I did not like and did not bullshit me about the designs to avoid working harder, which a lot of designers do as some of you know.

I recommend this designer.
