Nitrous Oxide - Is it legal for personal use? not professional use. in the states or canada ?? anyone knows?

No clue but I know I had a friend who could get it in high school. We'd fill baloons with it and charge $5 for them at parties. We made some nice bank. :thumbsup

Professional use only, which is not to say there isn't a huge black market for it.

some states it's legal to sell for whipped cream and cars... but it's never legal to be sold to get f'd up

I'd love to inhale that once.

it's quite funny the first couple of times but gets boring quickly... also the effect doesn't last very long.

Tried it. Apparently it affects people differently. The other 2 people with me had a blast. I really felt nothing the first 2 hits then the 3rd one I got a sudden feeling of about to pass out. Nothing pleasant about it but at least it passed quickly.

.. before you go inhaling also beware that the stuff sold for cars contains a toxic addative designed to make it so that you cannot breathe it. The only other consumer source for the stuff are the little cannisters they sell for whipped cream..
