Why do affiliate programs hide key details in their agreement or t.o.s?!
 

Like needing to have a certain ratio to get paid x amount? Yes its in the agreement but why promote your program as " get paid $30 per $1 trial" or whatever. But in the agreement it says you must convert a certain ratio from trial to paid to get paid $30. I think its messed up. And yes its your responsibility to read the agreement before you signup i know but why hide that shit?

Wanna see a fucked up TOS? Check the one out for anywebcam. The same one that governs members governs affiliates. To be an affiliate you have to be a member of the site. To get paid ya gotta make $100 bucks at least. But here's the good part. They reserve the right to ban you at any time without notice, as a member. And, if your member account is terminated, all the money owed to you as an affiliate goes by by too. How fucked up is that? Just my opinion, but that site wont last another 6 months. Fuck those assholes... And yea I got burned byt them, so I got a little ax to grind. :321GFY

because affiliates are easily distracted by bright, shiny objects and don't even take time to do math, they just see all the pretty colors (high payouts) and don't think about it much.
