and David foote has scammed numerous people out of money.

His scams are many and varied but usually involve the promise of traffic in one form or another for the exchange of money. Prepaid of course.......

you should implrement a script so no proxies are allowed, something easily can be whiped up in php, and can be inserted into the header :)
