any advice for dealing with withdraws??
 

I quit smoking 2 days ago, and I'm literally going nuts. I feel like my body will jump out of my skin. I'm to poor to afford the patch or anything like that, so I have to do it cold turkey.

Any advice on how I can get threw this shit in one piece?

if you cannot afford the patch, you cannot afford to smoke

it isnt easy but you need to take your mind off of smoking, try reading maybe? or another hobby

hangout in places where you cant smoke for like 2 weeks
