you should recrop some of the thumbs, they look uneven. Try to keep a consistent aspect ratio:2 cents:

I like the site. I'll throw in my :2 cents:

I like the devil guy at the top but I wouldnt have him on each new group.
On the new groups I would have the fire span the entire top. If not all of at least 75%.
Have you thought of something else for a background besides #000000

These are just my opinions. I think it looks great but I think with work it can be even better. Good luck with your site.
