I've always liked lightspeedcash

silvercash has a pretty neat layout (if you like flash)

*cough* www.dutchteencash.com *cough*

They have nice graphics but their webmaster area is way too complicated to navigate. If I remember correctly, you need flash and active-x enabled or else it doesnt even work. I dread every time I need to login to Silvercash to grab a link for one of their sites.

Personally, my favorite sponsor layout is Nastydollars. Everything is quick and easy to find and all presented in simple html. :glugglug
