SpamCease - Server & POP3 anti-spam solution (FREE TRIAL)

(one-time announcement here, so please keep the flames to a minimum :) )

Hello all,

After quite a few months development time, we've finally finished off our 100% server-based anti-spam solution - SpamCease.

SpamCease is different from other challenge-response systems out there in the fact that it's totally server-based. Meaning, that once you install the program on your server, you have total spam protection for all local domains on that server -- as well as any outside POP3 email addresses you want to import.

The program is NOT a spam filter, but rather a challenge-response system very similar to SpamArrest and other services that charge monthly subscription fees. Some of these services charge around $40 per year to monitor only one POP3 email. With SpamCease you'll get unlimited local server mail, and unlimited outside POP3 mail importing - for just the cost of the script - and never any subscription fees.

The website gives many more details about the program, so if you're looking for an all-in-one spam solution, check it out for more details:

http://www.spamcease.com

Exclusive to GFY, we're offering a fully functional 2-week trial of SpamCease. You can download it here: http://www.spamcease.com/cgi-bin/download/down.pl?ID=3

** GFY'ers get a 20% discount on SpamCease. Just use coupon code gfydiscount when making a purchase.

Last part of the rant.... We're also offering an Affiliate program with this software, which is a perfect fit for webmasters. It's a product that other webmasters would consider purchasing, so you can directly promote it on TGP confirmations, submit pages, message boards, etc.. And we're doing a 5% webmaster referral as well. Check out the link above for more details on the software, and the affiliate program!

LOL... well not exactly sure what that means.. But I'm sure you don't like receiving a couple thousand spams in your own personal inbox everyday :)

Sounds good SABAI - shoot me over an ICQ if you have any problems with the install (14592420).

The only thing that's slightly tricky is setting up your procmail file. Other than that the program installs in literally less than five minutes.

If you have a valid opt-in webmaster list from say a TGP, then there's no problem doing a small mailing to promote it. Just as long as some basic common sense is used if doing that style promotion.

Kind of ironic to do mailing promotion with an anti-spam program :1orglaugh
