I have a problem BIG ISSUE
When i go to the gym and use the treadmill , after about 10 min my inner thighs rub each other and start to chafe. It hurts man.
What can I do ? I wear tighty whities also , someone suggested to wear boxers Any help?:helpme |

spandex biker shorts under your shorts..also baby powder helps a little but you need something as a buffer. boxers will just ride up
