I write this topic to warn people who want a good host: DO NOT GO WITH ADULT X SPACE !

My site has been "down" for 11 hours with them. You know why ?

TO make a long story short, in 10 days, I had
- 1 Hard disk Crash with no backup (looks like I had to make backups myself)
- 20 Mbps servers capped at 10 with no reason
- 11 hours downtime meaning traffic lost...

Now my site is back and I got no explanation about what happened ...

Hello Guys

Ok I had to talk with my system administrators to explain me what happend. They told me that the site was suspended throught the WHM panel. The customer had the root password for it and maybe he played with the settings of it.
When we got the his ticket we resolve it in few mins.
The server was up and running for all the time.

It is true about the Hard disk problem (it was a hardware problems and it can happend to everyone). We replace the HD and we offer free backups to the customer.

i have a server with adultxspace and it hasn't been down since day one (like 3months)

Think about doing a backup yourslef cause it is not included in the service :x

I've had great luck over the last 2 weeks with Cybehost. I like their C panel. My site has only gone down once, and I was able to track Cybehost down with some guy in the Netherlands and they fixed it STAT. As long as it keeps up, I wont need another hoster. Notice my sig.... I don't give a :321GFY who hosts my site as long as they do a good job...
