Upload Automation Application
 

Hi,

I'm looking for a upload automation application that does the following:

I create the new pages for the next several uploads and I can upload them then one at a time or at specified dates. Like an ftp application that reads the structure of my site and I tell it that it should take the files x.htm, y.htm, z.htm in the directory pictures and the news.htm page in the news directory and stores them in a different place so I can upload them at a given time.

Or I upload the different updates to my server and a script on my server copies the specified pages in the right directories at a given time.
Is there an FTP Program that can do that easily and which maintains the structure?
I'm doing the Website in Dreamweaver.

Or is there a content managment system where I'm completely free with my design, not the usual ones where I'm stuck with always the same templates.

The first two options are preferred but if a payable content mangement system exists where I can use my css styles, own designe etc, a hint for that would be fine too.
