Who was it a while back that posted a nice letter to a guy who did a chargeback. Something about where he was gonna report the guy and how he wont get away with it.

Actually i want the guy to shit his pants, regret his actions and send us a check for the damages.

I presume that was 6 months worth of charges, or at least trial+5 months? I don't think bank customers should be allowed to charge back after such a long period has elapsed. Most people probably get statements monthly. It's their responsibility to check them. The lag time between an unauthorised transaction and commencing dispute action should be less than a couple of months in that case. :2 cents:

i had some sucess with this also. just threaten to turn them over to a collect agency if they do not pay the charge and a fee
