Edgecash - What Is Going On?

Anyone know what is going on?

Hosted galleries down, paysite down and no replies from support. Yet the program site is up and makes no mention of anything out of the ordinary happening.

Well, I received this email last week, I assume because my site came up in google for edgecash and amateurvoyage:

"Hi,
Just to inform you that edgecash is illegally using my pictures and video.
I am the photographer and the only owner of copyright.
I am in contact now with ccbill to close down this site and will
take legal steps against edgecash and all people using or promoting my
material.
Best regards
Hugues"

I don't know what the situation is over there but obviously something is wrong.

Had the same email a few weeks ago and the answer I got when questioning it with edgecash..

"Well, actually, he was our partner but decided to quit and start up his own, then he suddenly claims all content belongs to him. He has been producing content for edge cash -- as a partner, so his claims are false, we're not violating any copyright laws. We've been using the content for well over a year now"

Ahah. Two sides to every story. That's always the problem with partnerships.

too true.. I have only a few real long running partnerships that haven't caused me more trouble than they were worth. :glugglug

Ya, that's the moment you discover the real value of a notarized contract....don't safe money at the wrong end.
