I would reduce the outgoing links to your sponsor to 2 or 3 ..

I like the title. The colors are very pleasing. I didn't watch the video so I can't give an opinion on that... but I do agree that the surfer isn't drawn to a "click here" link at all.

I like the personalization "Matt has been documenting...." I think that's good and makes the surfer feel like it's safe to visit your site, and that it's somehow different from most of the other sites out there.

wmv's are a LOT smaller, you can afford to use 20 sec clips - but if I want to see an interview, I'll turn on 60 Minutes

template is bland - not terrible, not a rule breaker - but I see nothing that makes me want to click thru to the tour

graphic text - can easily be just HTML

link blends in with the text graphic


I gave you that link because the guy makes great galleries that generate sales. If you honestly want to make money with your hosted galleries, half the fight is with the templates themselves. Your video is a nice quality, but is very tame - maybe it is just the editing on this sample, and you offer more teasing footage on a regular basis, but all I can go by is the sample you posted.

Compared to the movie galleries I linked tonight in the Busty and Amateur section, I dont see this being better, sorry.

Most of your points here are well taken - and Ill forward to my webmaster....however as far as your own personal boredom with Interviews I will have to disagree with you. The 300+ Audition Videos on Matt's Models are a FAVORITE amongst members...and the most talked about (written about in my forums or I get emails)....In a now SATURATED UNIVERSE of FREE HARDCORE PORN.....these interviews do well and are an INTEGRAL FEATURE of the site.
