My niece was doing the funniest thing.
 

She had our cat Rudy on my sister's office chair in the living room.

Buddy *see pic below* would run through the living room and try to get her...she would turn the office chair and make sounds like a machine gunner and the cat would slap at buddy as he went by.
And then my niece would grab Rudy's tail and pull it lightly and make this noise like she was cocking a gun...LOL..and then Buddy would come running in for another pass....both the cat and dog were having fun...it was the funniest thing I've seen in a long time...they did this for like 20 minutes.
