make sure you've fully patched nuke for security as well -- it (and some of it's add-on modules) have a lot of vulnerabilities... unless of course you like cleaning up after hack attacks... :)

There's a moduled called AutoTheme that makes building phpNuke or Postnuke themes a snap. You can download it here:

If you're jsut getting started, I'd use Postnuke. It's a more secure package.
