Payout Question
 

We ran a banner contest on our board. When we went to do the payouts, it turns out one of the winners lives in a country that is on a prohibited list. Can anyone tell me why a U.S. based corp cannot make a payment by check to people in Serbia? BTW, this guy can't open an paypal or egold account either for the same reason.

Try western union or wire?

WU is the only thing I can think of but accounting just looked at me like I didn't puff puff give when I mentioned it.

Come on, this board is frequented by many. Someone has to know why!
