Let me get this correct, Platinum wants only to bet straight up with no points and he thinks he can get action for $750?

+3 points is big in hoops, to buy those points you would have to lay -190 to get those points. If you wanted to take a straight up no points bet, you ought to at least offer the money line of +150, so the 750 would pay out 1125.
