There's
"Wheat Beer" or "white Beer" each are about 7.x% alcohol.. That's all I learned from my trip to germany, austria and switzerland. *sigh* FYI: I don't like beer and I don't drink. I did back then (highschool) but it has lost its novelty |
Is Becks a real German beer???
|
Naaaaaa no Weizen this just makes me headake... like in the US the beer of micro breweries taste mostly better then the big major beers. Since I raised in Duesseldorf I can tell that the best beers there are Schumacher Alt or Uerige Alt. Nice dark beers with strong taste and the best thing is that they hammer good without being dead the next morning.
I think that they have currently Carneval there so I guess that the citizens of Duesseldorf will kill one or two beers right now http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/biggrin.gif |
uh...Heneiken

Eddie,
Does germany have the world's largest ferris wheel? (I can't remember which country I was in) I remember that it had small houses that you ride in.. |
ahhhh good old Weizen. been ages since I had a Weizen buzz. would love to have some of that shipped here to me in the boonies.
another good drink I loved was rotiputz hell if I know if I spelled it correctly. we GIs called it rottenpussy. *L* ------------------ Thumper The Amatuer next door! |

Carlsberg is sweet ... had it in Europe alot when I lived there, but I don't remember if it's German or not, lol.
|
Rogan the best
But in German - maximator. |
Hey...I like you american guys...
everything what's on the other side of the ocean is just european, you do not seperate between german, austrian, duch and swedish...*grin* Well, Heineken is dutch and Carlsberg is danish. Becks is real German, but it's not germanys pride.... I prefer those Pub-breweries, too. They make really good, fresh, natural beer.... XXXforU: Carlsberg is a Danish beer. And if you have tried the regular "Carlsberg Hof" beer, then you should try the "Carlsberg Master Brew". It's at 9.1% alc. gets you drunk real fast, and tastes quite good too.
