for what do you need them?

My ISP blocks port 25 and all of the SMTP server software I can find doesn't allow you to change the port, can anyone tell me one that does?
Uhmm .. you can't because the smtp server has to connect to other servers on the same port .. therefore, it needs to use port 25. The only way for you to smtp, is to do it from a server (or another internet connection), it's not happening from your pc connected through your current ISP.
