Is there a Legitimate reason how customer gets blocked MINUTES after signing up?
 

I swear to God it's the same cycle...Somebody signs up with credit card and within MINUTES it's blocked..They always email me with all kinds of excuses of how they hit the back button or whatever and that they were legitimately blocked.

While in the meantime, customers rebill for years and I never hear from them because their username never gets blocked.

So before I put the wrong thing on my 'your username has been blocked' page, is there some way where people signup and get blocked within minutes BESIDES stealing? This shit happens every fucking week.

European AOL members experience this a lot. Their ip changes with every click, which fools your protection script into thinking that multiple users are using the same user name

i get the same problem, and it is almost always (like emmanulle said) european customers......

i had no idea their ip changed that frequent though, wow!
