Hey, that's strange, I've noticed that the hits on my flagship site is down about 2-3K per day. It's strange because last week was constant, but this week, it's sucking, he he.

It's all my fault, I must be taking traffic from you because my traffic has gone way up!

Internet filters in public libraries and universities went into effect. Also state and federal workplaces and bussineses have installed a new filter, so no more porn in the work place.. Thinkgs are changing, soon you will only be able to look at porn in your home, and we will only thrive during non workdays, and evenings..

where are you getting that info from ??

My traffic's been up on sites that I haven't been regularly promoting - I actually expected it to drop.

It sounds like thta porn at work thing may be true - but isn't that bad traffic anyway? Who signs up to programs at work? I guess the people who don't have access at home, but it just seems to me it's something that probably doesn't happen very often (in comparison to signups at home).

What do you guys think?

Juge, I agree. I think most (not all) day traffic from peoples workplaces is the big bandwidth burning worthless traffic. A bunch of working stiffs at work or Kids at school, Just spanking their monkeys. I dont think there actually buying anything (not much) from there.

I would tend to agree, and also remember that with all the timezones and hopefully traffic from across the world, we can maybe in the future get more constant 24hour traffic, right now I still see the trend of more traffic at night(eastern and western times)

On my site anyway, daytime traffic is good. A lot of people DO buy memberships from their workplace. We have a higher sign-up ratio from about 10 am to 4 pm cst, and then again from about 7 or 8 till almost midnight. Our worthless traffic is everything between 1 am and 6 am http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/smile.gif

I've noticed a big reduction in daily traffic. Lost around 15k last week. Sales and sign-ups are the same, or slightly higher, so I too believe that all the lost traffic was worthless. No more 100megs from single IP's on my stats... hehe, those are the worthless office fucks all coming in and not doing much.
