Nothing is more annoying than stupid sounds on webpages. I never follow ads that use sound.

This computer doesn't even have a sound card, it's much better for surfing the 'net on.

Agreed. I have conditioned myself to take my mouse offscreen while a GFY page is loading, to make sure it doesn't hit a banner accidentally. As a result, I have missed all the banners above mentioned. Yay! :glugglug

-The phone banners ringtone is ridiculously annoying.

-Additionally, when on a business call today, I was simultaniously surfing GFY (I was bored), and accidentally scrolled over the "Dark Cavern" banner, and suddenly a bitch was moaning full blast. :mad:

for people who work at home and have kids sleeping in the next room nothign is more annoying that a banner that throws up load groans when youre reading GFY at 3am.

I never could figuer out why someone thought it would be trick to use sound in banners. That shit is annoying.

This just happened to me! It's 3:57 a.m. and I can't sleep. My wife's sleeping in one room with the door open and my kids in another. All of the sudden, huge loud moan. The kids didn't wake up, but I don't know if my wife might have heard it and thinks I'm jerking off to porn in the middle of the night.

i use the avantbrowser and before i go to gfy i turn off flash, so i don't get these annoying ads. :thumbsup
