I agree, google it and that should point you in the right direction. I format my system once a year to clean it, but I have all backed up. Dont format unless last resort for a virus.

try to remove it without formatting, other format should work unless its a boot sector virus.

If its a boot sector virus , format hd wont do anything :)
But chances are its just some virus to turn you into a email drone. Unplug your internet !! Fix problem.. They always seem difficult , but they aren't , just walk thru it backwards.. And find info from someone else that has had it. I guarantee you aren't the first person , and i haven't seen a virus in years that couldn't be dissected and removed. ( without format hd ) |
