I know there are few diff types out there , like swedish...and so on....

thai oil massage, foot massage or body body massage on a regular basis ,

the one i prefer is the foot massage , really soothing and relaxing

Swedish are pretty lame, you might as well go to a rub n tug place for cheaper.

I prefer shiatsu - painful but it definately works out all the knots.

Well, apart from the obvious sig views juicy's fishing for, I'm sure he'll get one or two useful answers. After all, the ARS sig whores are gone and all the biggest assholes are in San Diego. I like those odds. :)

Shiatsu is definitely a good way to go...

I actually got a really good massage complete with back walking at one of those dirty asian whore massage parlors once, tip 15-20% depending on how good it was.

If you want some cheap massages with generally young nervous chicks :Graucho look up the local massage school because they have to do like 100 hours of massage for free before they can be certified and work professionally. You can get 'em for free or for a pretty deep discount at those schools, but they obviously aren't as experienced there.
