The News
The news in Indiana is still spending about 10 minutes out of 30 every night talking about Dale Earnhardt because of all the redneck racing fans here. I'm not happy that some one died, but I don't really think it's newsworthy at this point either. I'd rather hear news that actually affects my life, such as the situation in Iraq which has barely been mentioned at all since it started.
I mean, these guys drive around really fast in a circle with a bunch of other cars for a living. Why are people surprised when they wreck and die? ------------------ PigPorn TGP Big Penis Webmaster Program - Free Bannerless Hosting! |

Yeah I agree too. I am sorry that Dale died, but he had a high risk job, so it shouldn't come as any major suprise. Innocent people die everyday, but the news hardly ever mentions those stories. What about the little 10-12 year old children getting killed by stray bullets in the ghetto? Is it so accepted nowadays that it isn't even news anymore?

To be perfectly honest with you, they should've seen it coming, hell not more than 5 years ago he was in a crash that he SHOULD HAVE died in. I mean, can you manually crush a car more? I did have pics of it, but not anymore. But this crash was totally crazy compared to his last major one.

its all about business.. they show what the people want, if you live with rednecks then chances are most of the rednecks wanna hear about dale h. make the viewers happy and that makes the sponsors happy and that means more money for them $$$$$$$$$$$$$

i also sorry when someone dies, but if it do not affect me - i son't care.
Even when princess Diana died, thousands of ppl went on the streets to comemorate. i realisea i should be sorry and i was a little, but to go to the streets, cry with others - no. |
