Some little smacktards have been spamming it on this board. It's a stupid online game where you have to "recruit members" to your Internet gang. Basically, you get members by having people click on your link. So 1000 clicks = 1000 members. More members = you progress further in the game.

Of course, each page is loaded with banners. It's just a cash cow for the company that owns it.
