Al Qaida claims kidnap of US citizen in Saudi Arabia
 

RIYADH, June 13 (Xinhuanet) -- The Al Qaida terror network has kidnapped a US engineer in Saudi capital Riyadh, a purported statement from the group published on an Islamic website said late Saturday.

In the statement, the terror group also claimed responsibility for the killing of another US national in Saudi capital Riyadh last week.

The statement said the Al Qaida had kidnapped an American named Paul. M Johnson who was working as a aeronautics engineer.

It's interesting to see the way things are reported... to be honest I've noticed foxnews doesn't censor or omit information anywhere near as much as people think. For instance on this one they reported that instead of an innocent sounding "US engineer" which makes it sound like he's over there building bridges and hospitals, foxnews reported that he is an engineer for lockheed martin, the company that made a lot of the weapons that killed thousands of these al quaeda people's "muslim brothers".. And this particular person was part of a team working on apache helicopters.. It's a tactical step by them to eliminate americans working for those particular companies. Not that it in anyway makes what they've done better or reasonable.. im just noting on the way it's reported. One makes it sounds like they're indiscriminatly kidnapping and killing westerners.. the other gives us the reason. I've found that with the foxnews website a couple of times vs cnn. I don't get the tv so i can't comment on that.
