The USA has had a bad rap before the US invaded Iraq so you cant blame that one on Bush. Every president will make mistakes and receive bad info, even Clinton thought Iraq had WMD's and if 9-1-1 occured under the Clinton regime I am sure he would have done the same thing.

bush didnt do anything to prevent 9/11, it happened right under his nose while he was in power. problems that were caused by what? his father and reagan. yes, point the finger at clinton when nobody knew what was about to happen and nobody was doing anything to prevent it, this included the clinton and bush administrations. you can use clinton as a scapregoat all you want, it doesn't take away from the facts.
