Theyre missing the emotions normal people have. They have no feeling of guilt. Usually thieves are fucked up persons in more than 1 way. Stealing and scamming is just 1 part of their fucked up personality. It doesnt stop there.

Your brain warns you if youre about to do something bad. It makes you feel guilty and feel bad for the person youre about to fuck over. A thieves brain simply skips that part.
