Missing affiliate signups
Compared to the last few months sales are very slow, so I decided to signup for 4 sites myself that I promote as an affiliate. 2 ccbill and 2 verotel programms.
I took the affiliate links directly from the ccbill and verotel sites, copied them into the browser (netscape 7.1) and signed up. (cookies are enabled and j avasc ript is on). Guess what happened? None of them were credited to my affilate accounts. I am just writing emails to the support. Let's see what they have to say ... |

I hate to suggest this - especially when I have had no initial affiliate sales with ccbill for over 72 hours - but given that you tried two signups each over two processors it sounds more like it could be a local problem?? Did you clear your cache first and remove all *.ccbill.com and *.verotel.com cookies? Do you go through a proxy that perhaps blocks cookies?
|
why dont you do this
go signup with one of your ccbill linking codes when you reach the ccbill page do a edit - view source then search for your affiliate code also search for the word refer to see if maybe there is another affiliate code something might be wrong with your IE setting or there is a pervious cookie thats not being overwritten etc. I know the ccbill webmaster admin well noone can shave end of story, and even with rebill sahving now affiliate can see when thats modified. |

Contact the program masters and see if they can find your signups. I hope you've already informed them anyway, since you'd otherwise be getting site access for half price. :winkwink: I've just contacted a couple of my ccbill sponsors to ask for advance permission to do test signups to make sure they are credited to my accounts.
