Tommy from http://www.pixel-work.com/index2.php asked me if their clients could send payments to my paypal account because their paypal has been cancelled for whatever reasons and so then i can western union him... which i did... and now one of his clients did a chargeback and i'm in big trouble...

Can't we help people out in this business without getting fucked all the time? fuck fuck fuck

I have been looking for him for months now. but seems he's is gone. I know he was busy with moving but after he was back to work. Now he is gone again. Will let you know when i talk to him.

did he not do the work that was requested, wasn't there quite a few topics about him doing this before? ( I may have the wrong guy) If he did do the work that was requested, was the guy that did the charge back someone that posts here? If so posts some names.

I just think i'm very stupid for doing that at the first place... trying to help people and then get fucked right after.

I emailed that "client" and see if we could work something out or at least give me a few days till i contact Pixel-work.

I think at one time he had connections with PW. So he maybe able to get you in touch with them.

But I'll get with you once I get home because I have to leave now.

welcome in the club. Thommy owes us $700 for designs he sold to us, but never delieverd them. We got promises after promise that we would get back our money or get the designs, of course neither of the two things ever happened. Already sent them legal notices and we now have a lawyer preparing court action. Stay away from him as far as you can, once he has your money he will just disappear.

I contacted a lawyer today... just need to wait for a reply from pixel-work and if not, then we'll throw a lawsuit. The thing is that we're gonna sue the father who is the person we sent the money to. So not only he's gonna lose but he'll put his family in some nice little shit.

PLUS 3 other clients of his messaged me today after my post, and we're gathering informations before getting ready to sue them.

It's pretty sad, he could design pretty well from what I saw.. Too bad he didn't put the talent to use.

It's easier to scam than actually work.
I should look into it.. work is just too much.. ehh, work.

This guy is a REAL piece of work. He didn't work me over TOO bad, just really botched a paysite that I won from him and he made it look like a 5th grader did it when he added my custom title to it..... the site looked awesome til he put my title and content on it and then it went to hell and he never did repair it, just dissed me and still does, so I said to hell with him.

He likes to find the nerve that makes you go awwww..... and runs with that. With some, I have seen him use his kids, as in his kids need this or that..... he needs money to take care of this for his kids or that..... and then apparently he tells some he is working to earn plasma tvs and shit. This one is a piece of work, that's for sure.

The sad part of this is that he and his wife are pretty damn decent designers and could be doing so well financially if they went about it the honest way, and they'd have money coming in steady..... but good god, why do that when you can just scam it. :mad:
