I thought this was just some boring spam until I actually looked at the site. Looks like it could be very useful, assuming that the cheaters don't figure out the IPs and methods that he uses for scanning.

It is cool - But how the hell do we use it? I mean yeah we can see the cheaters but it's not doing much good unless it scans our own TGP
