We still make _quite_ a bit of money off of their surfers using our members areas.

Its not a bad idea, just one of those things that noone wanted to give credit.

Yeah i know the guys here in Brisbane.

They run heaps of programs and other stuff, Swoit was just one of them. Great guys too.

I sent the word in to Websters Dictionary for inclusion in their thesaurus and asked that it be added for another description of "knat infestation".

Their own spam-ridden marketing strategy is what killed them. They came off as mickey mouse, generic, and very rinky-dink in their approach. All the ten dollar a day newbs jumped on their bandwagon and THAT is what killed the shit out of them. Very few serious long-term webmasters afforded them any credibility, and it's not like they weren't told. The criticism was written in plain English all over this board for them to read and get a clue.... they didn't.


I don't miss them at all.
