Jamaica?
I'm heading to Jamaica on July 4th.. If you've been tell me what to expect..
I've never been outside the US.. :winkwink: |
its great. stay out of the bigger cities like Kingston, its full of crime and people wanting to con you. I was in Ocho Rios for a while, that was such a beautiful place. there are these falls, i cant remember their name but they are really popluar. if you go to the port there, there are a lot of drivers who take you out for a very low price.
if you smoke maryjane you can get killer deals on it if you find the right people. we got about a half O for 15$ and the driver we had rolled it up and passed it while we drove. also got some red stripe lager since drinking and driving is legal there. its really nice there, the weather is realllly hot but its enjoyable. check out as much as you can. |
I'm liking the ound of it already..
I'm actually going to Hedonism III .. I've heard a few good things about it. :winkwink: |

If so, they'll take good care of you. Just don't go out of the compound unescorted and if you do buy pot, be careful. They have a thing down there, where the dealer turns you into the local police, who don't want to keep you; but, they'll arrest you and fine you and take the pot. :) If you can, get over to Montego Bay....it's a great place to party... Oh and bring home some Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee....best in the world..should last you forever. LOL Definitely see if you can get to the Falls....I think it starts with a D....can't remember the name of them...beautiful. |
I was there HedoIII last November.. nude side and prude side.. of course I stayed on the nude side the whole time... there were alot of older people when I was there.. hardly any young naked studs..lol... I wasnt impressed too much with the rooms.. there kinda old looking... the food was good tho... buffet or pick from the couple of restauraunts that you have inside.... dont go to the clubs w/o a native that lives there maybe someone from the hotel... theres lots of Hookers.. lol.. and lots of drugs.. they want you to buy buy buy... Oh and I would recommend you taking the 15 min. flight to Negril from the airport otherwise its a 2 hour bus ride from hell.. lol... there was no air on our bus or BOOZE till we made him stop at a really small bar cuz we were all thursty... anyhow...have fun! I actually heard HedoII was better.. more updated etc (younger crowd)
heres a pic of me there... enjoy! ALL SHAPES AND SIZES THERE.. LOL http://www.sweetcamgirl.com/promo/gfy/raft31.jpg http://www.sweetcamgirl.com/promo/gfy/hedo52.jpg |

I think you got HedoII and HedoIII switched around. 2's at Negril, 3's the one in Ochos Rios. If you want to really check out the shit, go there in february, or when spring break is on. That's when the younger crowd comes to play. Maybe I'll see you there. :thumbsup |
|
wow stevo.. that's a beautiful picture!
|
I've been there twice. My favorite part of Jamaica by far is Negril!!! We went all over the island and it's definitely not like it is here in the US! They don't sell ice cream in the grocery stores, there aren't any malls, and the only fast food place I recall was one Burger King (or maybe it was KFC)!
|
I've heard excellent things about Negril.. Maybe my next vacation will have to be there.
But I think I'd like to visit canada next.. |
I've been there twice, stayed in Negril at the Riu and in Montego Bay at a Breezes resort... both were all inclusive of course.
Jamaica is the best vacation you can take in my opinion, I'm trying to go there at least once a year from now on :) |
was there for a day a month ago. its...interesting. I try and live a hassle free lifestyle; if you do as well, you may not enjoy yourself outside all that much.
|
Wow, Ive never been outside the US either...Im thinking about going to cancun next spring break..That oughta be fun :Graucho
