Well it was fun but...
 

Looks like I'm gonna have to bow out of Miss GFY... I have been frantic all week trying to make time to do the task.. Right now is NUTTY. I have three weeks to finish packing my entire house, I still have work to do, I have a bunch of running back and forth to the city, not to mention tending to the needs of three kids. I really wanted to tough it out but it's just not feasible. If I didn't have to move in a few weeks it would be another matter, but my every waking moment pretty much is work at this point so I just can't.

I'd like to take the opportunity to thank adult.com, Lensman, Loryn especially and the people of GFY for the opportunity to compete. I would also like to thank the incredible women I've been competing against.. This has afforded me the opportunity to meet many of you that I may not have had the chance to meet, and I must say, it's been an honor. Miss GFY is but a passing fancy, no need to justify why you have to bow out..the opportunities that have been presented to you in both your personal and business life hold far better rewards :)

moving sucks I've been doing it for 3 or 4 weeks now with a smashed toenail.

Moving is stressful let alone having to run a household full of kids along with this task...sorry to see you bow out, but I know where you are coming from...I am just glad for the extension on the deadline myself.

Come on man.. I had a baby a few months ago via c-section.. I can't just put on the stuff and have it look good.. I gotta get artsy fartsy, and I just don't have the time to do that :P

LOL...funny thing is that I don't even wear makeup until I'm getting ready to shoot ! Then it takes me like an hour or more to get ready

You're the epitomy of woman and though I don't share a lot about my personal life online ( I am "Private" Ivy..hehe) I know where you're coming from...it is very difficult to maintain a household, be a mom, wife, cook, maid and all the rest and run a successful business that needs you 24/7

Lady M, get your ass back in this contest. You knew that eventually, GFY would ask for a shot of the contestants in some kind of brief panties, bathingsuit/thong kind of thing! It's so easy to use moving and the kids as excuses. You have come this far, so why not just hang in there for a while longer. You tell us you don't have the time???? Well, you sure do find the time to live on the boards and win $500 for being the top Miss GFY poster!

I am following your logic and I understand that by dropping out, you don't have to worry about being labeled a loser. You are a smart cookie, but don't underestimate the GFY voters. Voters are sticking with their favorites regardless of how they look. STAY, AND I'LL VOTE FOR YOU!:thumbsup

Well from you this is indeed high praise.. And yes, I was aware that the contest would involve some kind of g-string shots etc.. However, it's not easy for me to take time out to do the kind of artsy thing I'd need to do :) It may seem like I live on the boards, but oftentimes I simply have the boards open in another window while I wait for images to load. I type 120 wpm. Put the two together and it makes it seem like I'm here more than I am. I am not kidding when I say that while I am here, I am always working, too :) I do appreciate your vote of confidence, Confucy, but there are other ladies as worthy or moreso than myself. :)

Absolutely.. We're moving into a 6 bedroom.. Right now we're in a VERY old 3 bedroom and it's just not enough anymore. I can't wait! I have moving, but I can't wait to move :)
