Who's to say this isn't Amp posing as this character? It really is quite easy to fake your IP without using a proxy etc. Even someone as lame as Amp could figure it out.

The tracking system isn't based on ip.

its based on 2 unique identifiers on your pc. you would have to use a different computer.
