Is there anyone out there who makes galleries?
 

meaning I give them a zip file of pictures and they do all the cropping and design work and give me back a gallery?
Who does work like this and whats the standard charge?

Generally designers just make the templates and you fill them.. However there are some that will crop the thumbs and fill the gallery for an extra fee... I believe Tootie does this, and there are a few others.

How can you guarantee conversions? CTR I can understand, but conversions? Conversions are solely the SPONSOR's realm, and the gallery really have shit all to do with it.. A gallery designer's job is to get the surfer to the tour.. it's the tour's job to sell him. By guaranteeing conversions, you are shooting yourself in the foot.. Conversions will be based on a lot of factors, and the gallery doesn't really factor into that equation. Might want to rethink that.
