I guess Serge doesn't come around as often as he used to, but it's not like Chaos is hiding or anything. He's been posting a lot lately, and is in San Diego now.

I obviously don't know the circumstances of any traffic deals or anything, but I'd think Chaos could do a better job of disappearing than that if it was true.
